That sound can easily attract nearby ARC patrols or curious raiders, so you have two choices:
Hold your ground and take down any enemies drawn by the noise, or
Quickly slip inside and shut the door behind you to avoid confrontation
If you've brought silenced weapons or tools for distraction, this is a good time to use them. Once inside, you'll find a relatively safe interior filled with valuable supplies.
Exploring the Pharmacy Interior
The pharmacy itself is a small but resource-rich space. You'll see multiple shelves and counters lined with healing supplies, stimulants, and other useful loot. Take a moment to collect whatever you need - these consumables can make a big difference in later raids.
When you're ready to grab the objective, look toward the main counter near the center of the room. The ESR Analyzer will be sitting right on top, easy to spot and interact with.
Pick it up, and it will automatically be added to your inventory. If you have a safe pocket augment, place the Analyzer inside it immediately to protect it from being lost if you die before extraction.
Extracting with the ESR Analyzer
