Hi everyone, I’m planning a trip to Dar es Salaam next month and was wondering if anyone here has used the Air Tanzania Lusaka Office in Zambia for booking or travel assistance. I usually book flights online, but a friend told me the staff at the Lusaka office are really helpful, especially with rescheduling flights or getting information on connecting routes. I’d like to know if visiting in person actually makes a difference compared to booking on the website. Do they handle things like baggage queries, upgrades, or ticket changes faster? Also, are they open on weekends or just weekdays? I’d appreciate any feedback from people who’ve visited recently. Your advice could really help me decide whether to drop by or stick with online booking. Thanks in advance for sharing your experiences!
