My most recent encounter with China Eastern Airlines Refund Policy was manageable and educational. Unexpected events forced me to cancel my ticket, and the procedure made it very evident to me how the airline handles reimbursements. As soon as I realized I had to cancel, I got in touch with their customer support staff. The agent was courteous and went over the rules of the refund, highlighting that the amount I would get would depend on the type of ticket I had and when I cancelled.
