For overseas Pakistani women seeking Khula, the legal process can seem challenging. However, Pakistan’s family laws allow women to dissolve their marriage through Khula, even if they are not physically present in the country. The process is governed by the Family Courts Act, 1964, and requires legal representation in Pakistan.
