Departing from the United Airlines terminal at Washington National (DCA) turned out to be a remarkably seamless experience. The United Airlines DCA Terminal is tidy, contemporary, and efficiently arranged, which made it easy to move through security and reach my gate. I valued the proximity of everything—no lengthy walks or confusing signs. The personnel at check-in and boarding were polite and professional, and I felt unhurried, even during busy times. United’s terminals at DCA offer ample seating, power sockets, and a few good dining choices in the vicinity. I picked up a quick coffee from a nearby café before boarding, which made the wait more pleasant. Boarding proceeded as scheduled, and the announcements were clear and informative. Overall, it seemed that United has significantly improved its performance at DCA. Although it’s not the largest terminal, it is efficient and enjoyable—a perfect beginning for a journey. I would certainly choose to fly United from DCA again without any doubt.
