I’ve decided to go all in and build my own leather jacket from scratch — at least design-wise. But I’m a little overwhelmed by the choices. There’s the style (bomber, racer, double rider), the leather (cowhide, lambskin, goatskin), and then a hundred customization options. I’d love to hear from anyone who’s gone through the process to customize a leather jacket. What were your must-haves? What would you skip next time? Any helpful online guides or services that make it easier?
