Five Nights at Freddy’s 2 (FNaF 2) is the second game in the popular indie horror series created by Scott Cawthon. It was released on November 10, 2014, and serves as a prequel to the original Five Nights at Freddy’s (FNaF 1).
You play as a new night security guard at Freddy Fazbear's Pizza, monitoring the place from midnight to 6 AM across five nights (with additional custom and bonus nights later). Your job is to survive while haunted animatronics roam the building.
Key mechanics fnaf 2:
No doors to block the animatronics.
Use a Freddy Fazbear Head to trick most animatronics into thinking you're one of them.
Monitor 12 camera feeds.
Constantly wind the music box in the Prize Corner via the camera to keep the Puppet (Marionette) at bay.
Use a hallway flashlight to ward off animatronics like Foxy.
