Hey folks, I'm working on building out my local SEO and trying to figure out how to get some solid backlinks with Bloomfield Hills Michigan businesses. I run a home organizing business and recently launched a new website: https://organizingwithjoy.com/.
I’ve been reading up on backlinks and how they help with getting found locally, but most of the stuff online feels super generic or just meant for huge companies. I’d really love to connect with others who’ve tried something similar at the local level, especially in Bloomfield Hills or anywhere nearby.
Have you reached out to other small businesses for backlinks? Traded blog mentions? Sponsored any local events or listings? I’m open to any ideas that don’t feel super spammy. Just looking for some real, honest suggestions from people who’ve done this or are trying to.
