Hello, I was impressed with Japan Airlines BOS Terminal. I was flying with JAL for the first time, and everything went smoothly. The attendants were very courteous, and check-in was quick. There was plenty of room to unwind in the waiting area's contemporary style. I also liked how simple it was to locate food options and facilities. The gate crew was effective and kept us updated on the status of the aircraft. JAL's area felt more orderly and calmer than other terminals at Logan. I had a positive initial impression of the airline's service because of it. My next vacation is already being planned.
