Traveling with my kids through Hainan Airlines CAN Terminal was far easier than expected. From the moment we entered Terminal 1 at Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport, Hainan staff were accommodating and quick to assist with strollers, extra bags, and seating requests. The check-in area had dedicated family lanes, which sped up the process and reduced our stress. Security staff were also helpful, guiding us through with patience and care. Once past the checkpoint, we found spacious waiting areas with child-friendly seating, and the nearby food court had enough options for picky eaters. Clean restrooms with baby-changing stations were a big plus. Boarding was smooth, with staff allowing families with children to board first. I was especially impressed by how well the ground crew managed to keep the boarding area organized despite the crowd. Every step of the journey, from arrival at the airport to boarding the plane, was efficient and thoughtful. If you're traveling with children, I highly recommend Hainan Airlines through CAN Terminal. The combination of helpful staff, clean facilities, and smart layout makes family travel far more comfortable and enjoyable. It’s one of the most family-friendly airline terminal experiences I’ve had.
