Hello, the stopover I had at British Airways LHR Terminal was great. From immigration to my next gate, everything moved quickly, and I just had a few hours between flights. The terminal features a sleek, contemporary design with lots of lighting. I perused the duty-free area while enjoying a wonderful cup of coffee at Pret. The terminal never felt hectic, despite its high volume of traffic. I also valued how quickly eGates allowed for passport control. British Airways was excellent at managing the flow. T5 is an excellent hub for connections made through London. A really trustworthy and competent experience.
