Sephora Returns Policy allows customers to return new or gently used products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund to the original payment method, as long as proof of purchase is provided. Returns are no longer accepted after 30 days—eliminating the previous 31–60 day store credit window. Additionally, Sephora reserves the right to limit or deny returns if there is evidence of return abuse or excessive return activity.
