Hi everyone, I wanted to check if anyone here has visited the Thai Airways Sydney Office in Australia for travel-related help. I usually manage flights online, but I find it tricky when it comes to making last-minute changes or getting clear answers about baggage and upgrades.
I’ve read that the Sydney office can handle bookings, rescheduling, and even special requests in person. That sounds like it could save a lot of time and reduce stress compared to waiting on calls. Still, I’d love to know if it actually makes a difference.
If you’ve been there, how was your experience? Were the staff helpful and efficient? Did going to the office resolve your issues faster than doing everything online? Real feedback would help me decide if visiting is worth it before my next trip.
