Speak with Facebook Agent at 1-888-236-1460 for Facebook Recovery. I described my problem and sent a picture of the Facebook prompt I received in my initial conversation with an agent. I thought I was moving forward. After gathering all the information, the agent informed me that they were examining the claim and would send me an email as soon as they had further details. I had never seen that Instagram account before, so I was also concerned about my account being suspended. I had obviously been compromised. The issue, though, is that in order to appeal, I had to sign into the associated Instagram account. But as I said, I didn't own the Instagram that was connected. I was therefore unable to challenge the ruling.
