I had to make changes to my Emirates flight recently, and instead of dealing with it online, I decided to reach out directly to the Emirates Airline Lagos Office in Nigeria . The staff there were incredibly helpful, guiding me through the rebooking process without the stress of navigating confusing digital options.
They also explained my baggage entitlements and clarified the difference between economy and business upgrades. It was a much smoother experience than I expected.
For anyone who prefers face-to-face interactions, the Lagos office is a reliable option. Has anyone else visited this office recently? How was your experience compared to using the website or call center?
