An orbi solid blue light problem is somewhat confusing for many users. Normally, a steady blue light on your Orbi indicates a strong connection between the router and the satellite. However, if the blue light stays longer than it usually does, then it may be a configuration or syncing problem.
First, power cycle your Orbi. Unplug the Orbi router and satellite for 30 seconds and then plug them back in again. After the devices have booted, check again and see if the blue light has disappeared. If it still shows, then the next step is to try syncing the satellite again with the router: press the Sync button on both devices and make sure they are close enough to each other to maintain a stable connection.
If all that came to nothing again, then you will longer have any choice except resetting your Orbi router to factory default settings. Hold the reset Orbi Router button until the power LED blinks amber and then go ahead and set up your Orbi network again. This should usually fix the issue behind the stubborn connection problem, restoring its normal operations.
The blue light is only supposed to show briefly during syncing, never stay on always, if Orbi is working properly.
