In today’s fast-moving digital world, it’s becoming harder to find real balance between productivity and relaxation. Between work notifications, social media, and entertainment, our attention is constantly split. I’ve been exploring ways to create intentional “offline time” — even if it’s just 30 minutes a day — to reset mentally.
At the same time, I’ve discovered some surprisingly positive online spaces that encourage focus and strategy, like 11ic, where decision-making and patience really come into play.
How do you manage your online vs. offline balance? Do you think technology helps or hinders your focus in daily life?
